Drooling over the newness

So we have been busy working with Studio Alexander designing and building the new endemicworld.com. It’s been a blast, we have lots instore for all of you. We hope you have discovered some of the new features like tags, wishlists, accounts & address books, shipping estimator in the checkout etc.

F3 Design featured on Idealog

You have all seen the amazing products by F3 Design. Well they are featured on Idealog website. Lyttlebird from Lyttleton has just dropped their new range of smocks. Kids styles don’t get any more  practical than this.

Designed and made in New Zealand, and available in sizes 1-4 years. They make a special gift.

Kingswood Ski's use design

[business:Kingswood Skis] from Lyttelton have been hand making skis with bamboo cores since 2005. Recently they had a topsheet design done by Klaus Kremer, a font that has seen itself get attention overseas and published.

Formway wins design award

Formway just scored this top award. Super prestigous in the commercial furniture design industry. Formway is a design company from the Hutt (Wellington), yet another kiwi company owning it offshore. In this case, showing the world how to make a legendary chair.

Firstly, BIG UP to Formway for the award.

Smart Light Sydney

Sydney recently hosted a lighting exhibition called Smart Light Sydney, some teasers below. Young NZ Designer Tim Hunt of Eclipse Design took part in the event and sent us these images. He wished he got to do the Opera House,  but instead was part of the stairway piece below called “Nothing Left to Guess”

New Thatch USB's

Thatch has released their new USB sticks now in 4GB. They are made in New Zealand from timber and acrylic with an etched icon. They come preloaded with hi-res images of New Zealand’s landscape too.
