The photo of the storm trooper & Mao seems fucking surreal to me, how through aesthetics alone certain things can become potent, even predictable pieces of pop culture.

Thats much more than hitler and stalin combined. Crazy we hang it on our walls isn’t it? Next to a storm trooper or some designer clock. We put things in a frame, in a different context. Emphasizing the aesthetic but not once acknowledging the facts. Kind of sleeping almost..
Ah, we were hoping someone would notice the mao poster. The owner appreciates it for its collectible history and graphic design as a political poster.
