New organic childrens clothing

Today we welcome Rata & Ruby from Raglan and their selection of original organic cotton kids t-shirts. Sizes range from 3-9 months to 6 yrs with both boys and girls styles.

The natural environment surrounding Raglan clearly influences Nadine and her designs. Our favourites are the Aroha T-Shirt and Numbers Te Reo T-Shirt pictured above.

Lets your kids go organic this spring…

How do you make work…fun?

At endemicworld.com we do all sorts of stuff to make our work space fun. Lots of art, make paper toys, stick green tea packets all over the walls, take photos, crank the tunes, play hacky, share your favourite website, blog, drink loads of coffee and talk as fast as you can about the collest thing you just discovered…  These guys play with sticky notes. What do you do?

Design and stuff

I am not a designer. But I like design and often wish I was, hence the creation of endemicworld.com and making some noise about nz design and nz designers.

I read about it, use it and our business is driven by it.

There are a billion trillion links to great design I could share but this presentation about web 2.0 is a start. Interesting to read whether you’re a web designer, a web user, or want to “ready steady learn” something in your lunch break today.

If you’re in New Zealand and want to meet and talk design check out Design Assembly – “Conversations on Graphic Design”. This is a niche event for those who work in the design business and want to help build a knowledgeable and information sharing community.

Living on the edge

The latest issue of Communication Arts magazine, the leading journal for visual communications, features a 12-page showcase of Visual Communication Design in New Zealand.

The writer Robert L. Peters visited New Zealand in November 2007 and was quite taken by the wellspring of talent, innovation and design prowess emerging from the New Zealand creative community.

Among the projects showcased is the design speaks louder book and the kinoo kiwi, both designed by Studio Alexander and available on endemicworld.com. Click here to read the article in pdf from the authors blog
